HATCHING GREEN HOUSE

This new build six-bedroom house is located on the edge of The Common within the Conservation Area of Harpenden. The clients in this case had a very particular style they were wanting to achieve which led the design of this build from the outset. The Regency Georgian aesthetic has a London look with its white stucco render, red stock brickwork, timber sash windows and soffit dental detailing.


Inside, the house has a spectacular classical circular staircase which is reflected in a feature set of curved steps which elegantly lead down to the main family living space.  Other features include a spacious galleried landing, an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi spa and gym, complete with shower and changing facilities.
