FIELD VIEW HOUSE

We navigated our way through the planning restrictions of this Green Belt site to redevelop and modernise this property both with its internal layout and external appearance. By extending the existing kitchen and family room and adding a new dining wing under permitted development, we were able to achieve a much larger footprint and provide the client with their desired new layout on both floors.

Within the enlarged entrance hall, a modern metal framed feature staircase takes centre stage with a large roof light over a glass floored galleried landing. The master bedroom benefits from a Juliet balcony maximising the stunning view of open countryside to the rear of the house. The garden features a sunken circular seating area which provides both an interesting focal point and the perfect setting for socialising in this mature landscaped garden.
